All management systems are integrated. From forage (grass and legumes), herbs and spices production to goat and rabbit farming, where milk is the main focus and meat production is secondary. We produce wholesome artisanal products such as yogurt, chevre (cheese), flavoured milks and rabbit meat. Crops such as forages, herbs and spices, are organically produced using rabbit urine and manure as fertilizer and as a pesticide.
In our livestock section, you have a choice between smoked and un-smoked rabbit quaters or cuts. Our dairy goats produce good quality milk after which we convert to chevre (cheese) in flavours such as hickory, garlic, herbs and spices and plain. Yogurt and milk comes in flavours such as strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, beetroot and plain.
